Terms of Delivery

Delivery costs are not included in the listed product prices and are calculated separately at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

If you choose to collect your order from our warehouse, no delivery charge applies. Collection is available at Jēkabpils iela 12, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1003. Please arrange a collection time in advance by calling +371 22323218.

Payment for delivery is required in advance by bank invoice. Your order will be confirmed and dispatched after payment has been received in our account.

Delivery to your address typically takes 5–10 working days for items in stock. Items marked as available on a pre-order basis have an estimated lead time of approximately 30 working days.

We deliver throughout Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and across the European Union using our courier partners OMNIVA and VENIPAK. For deliveries outside the EU or UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Product Return Policy

  1. You have the right to return a product within 14 days of the date you received it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the product code clearly visible and all original manufacturer labels attached.
  2. Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  3. If a standard stocked product is returned that was correctly supplied to your specification, a restocking fee of 50% of the product value may apply to cover handling and re-stocking costs.
  4. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing (by email to info@sanluk.lv) within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason for the return and the product reference.
  5. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you.
  6. For defective product returns, the seller covers all return shipping costs. For non-defective returns (change of mind or over-ordering), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  7. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected at our warehouse.
  8. Refunds are issued by the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  9. Partial returns of multi-item orders are accepted, provided each item meets the above conditions.
  10. Returns may be refused if products show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing packaging or labels.
  11. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions), delivery timelines and return deadlines may be extended. We will notify you of any such delay as soon as possible.
  12. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable due to stock discontinuation or supplier issues, with prompt written notification to the buyer.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank transfer — payment by invoice to our bank account. Orders are processed after payment clears.
  • PayPal — secure online payment via your PayPal account or linked card.
  • VISA / MasterCard — secure card payment processed through our payment gateway.

All prices are shown in EUR including VAT. For business customers requiring invoices with VAT details, please provide your VAT registration number at checkout.
