Description Floor Access Hatch Aluminum 60x100P with Gas Struts
The access doors provide access to underground spaces such as basements, plumbing, power lines, and more. This access door series is designed for interior application requiring an access opening that will blend in with the surrounding floor material.
The access door is installed before layering the flooring. Our access door is engineered to allow tiles, porcelain stoneware, parquet, laminate, linoleum, and other infills. They are designed to accept flooring materials, making them virtually hidden in finished flooring.
The cover is reinforced with stiffeners, galvanized sheet steel and gypsum fiber sheet attached to the door. The permissible load on the door is up to 1,000 kg. Our floor access door is equipped with a lock. Gas springs make it easier to open the door regardless of the weight of the cover and the closing of the hatch is much more gentle.

Installation Guide
Basic rules
- The opening perimeter must be prepared for the hatch installation.
- The opening size should be larger than the installation size of the hatch by 5–10 mm (about 0.39 in).
- Install the hatch in the opening and center it relative to the side walls of the opening.
- Align the hatch so that the surface of its cover is in the same plane with the floor surface prepared for cladding.
- Secure the hatch frame into the opening with anchors or self-tapping screws through the mounting holes in the frame.
